The On-Command Ticket Program is great for client servicing and employee incentives. Your entire account is maintained on-line – no need to “deliver tickets”. In addition – what if you want 8 box seats for one game, but none for the next game – On-Command allows for that flexibility. With this package you don’t have to plan far in advance to attend a game or ever be left without something to take to your next meeting.

Here’s how it works:

• Tickets can be redeemed in any quantity and you are guaranteed Yellow Box seats if you email at least one week in advance. If you email within a week of the game we’ll do our best to get the best seats available (yellow box if possible).

• All you do is email our ticket office at info@fightins.com with the following information:
1) Game Date you want tickets for
2) Quantity of tickets for that game
3) First and Last Name of person picking up the tickets

• The Reading Fightin Phils will then email you a confirmation showing an Excel summary report of how many tickets have been used, who used the tickets and how many “On-Command” tickets you have remaining.

• The Reading Fightin Phils will have the tickets waiting at our “Will Call” window under your employee or client’s name for pick up the day of the game.

• On-Command Tickets may not be used for Exhibition Games, Playoff Games, Special Events or towards the purchase of buffet area tickets.

• Remaining tickets will expire at the conclusion of the 2013 season.
